PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and closing a door of an air duct of an air-conditioning system of an automobile is provided to smoothly open and close the door. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an actuating lever installed on one side of a rotary axis(3) of a door opening and closing an air duct; a guide part having the actuating lever guided up and down thereby, and having an upper metal plate and a lower metal plate fixed on an upper part and a lower part thereof, respectively; and an actuator comprising an upper actuating part and a lower actuating part connected with the upper metal plate and the lower metal plate, respectively, to generate or cut off magnetic force.
