The storage area (1) has rear walls (4) partially surrounding an inner area, and a door (7) for closing an entrance opening (2) and an electrical connection. A control system arrangement is provided for controlling the inner area air-conditioning of the storage area, where the arrangement comprises a controlling device. The arrangement has a measuring device for detecting the inner area air-conditioning of the storage area. The rear walls are partially designed as room air-conditioning controlling components than breathe-active components. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an inner area air conditioning of a storage area.
