FIELD: neutralization and reduction of alkaline potential of oil. SUBSTANCE: proposed neutralizer has housing with curvilinear bottom, oil inlet and outlet branch pipes, filter, chemical reagent and swirler. Bottom of housing is made in form of truncated cone in lower part of which inlet branch pipe is found, and in upper part of which rests are made from inner side against which cylindrical insert thrust through slot filter. Swirler is made in form of blades with round holes whose summary area does not exceed 25 % of blade area. They are arranged in two rows one the other and are rigidly secured on inner side surface of cylindrical insert at angle of 55±5 digrees relative to generating line of its side surface. Projections of upper and lower bases of blades onto horizontal plane are displacement through angle of 30-45 degrees. Housing and cylindrical insert are closed by cover with outlet branch pipe arranged along its central axis and with rigidly secured filter from inner side. EFFECT: improved reliability. 2 dwg
