The device has up to 8 components (2) in an up to octagonal profile (1) arranged centrally around an axis, a central tube with an inclined mirrored surface, a lamp arranged concentrically to the tube and above the plane of the components. The optical path leads from the lamp via the deflection device to the decoupling side of the components and the tube is rotated by an integral motor.
