The device has an inner ring (10) for holding a coil and for sticking to the sound emitting membrane and an outer ring (16) joined to the inner ring via a number of bridge parts (22) to attach one or more magnet systems. The bridge parts contain a number of bridges in at least two groups and distributed over the circumference. The groups are arranged in different planes at different distances from the sound emitting membranes.
