The device has an exciter (1) for stimulating acoustic oscillations (11) and a circuit board (2) for accommodating electronic components (4), whereby the exciter is arranged directly on the circuit board. The circuit board acts as a membrane and the oscillations generated by the exciter can be transferred to the circuit board, whereby the system of circuit board and exciter forms a flat loudspeaker.
