The system has capacitor forming units (3) connected in parallel to terminals of a printed circuit board (1), and resistance forming units (4) connected in series with the printed circuit board and capacitor forming units. A circuit breaker (5) is connected to the terminals of the units (4), where the opening of the circuit breaker is controlled by a microcontroller (6) to form an RC circuit. The microcontroller analyses a response time of the RC circuit to determine a resistance of the printed circuit board and to generate an alarm signal during preset resistance threshold overshoot.
