The system consists of a robot (1) and a driver (7). The independent robot has a body (2) and a working head (3) carried by the body and able to rotate and move radially. The driver (7) has wheel pairs (8) at its ends. The driver forms a hollow receiver (10) between its wheel pairs, into which the robot can be fitted on a flange.
