RGS5-like regulator of G-protein coupled signalling

摘要

A polypeptide of SEQ ID NO:2, RGS5-like, is claimed as is the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:1 which encodes RGS5-like. Also claimed are polypeptide sequences and polynucleotide sequences having at least 95% identity to SEQ ID NOS: 1 and 2. Expression systems, recombinant host cells, antibodies and methods of screening for agonists or antagonists of RGS5-like are also claimed. Also described are the use of RGS5-like polypeptide or polynucleotide sequences in the treatment of diseases and diagnostic assays.
