Securement of cups to baking tray allowing refurbishment

Metallic bakeware comprises cups 10 having securing elements 16 whereby they can be removably engaged in apertures 12 of a baking tray 14. A cup 10 and its securing element 16 are received through the same respective aperture 12 and the element 16 is deformed outwardly to retain the cup but can be deformed inwardly again to allow cup removal. This allows refurbishment when an anti-stick coating of the cups has become worn.
