PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, reliable and low-cost system for automatically or manually correcting the lack of interlocking between a sub-arm and a counterweight balancing beam caused by a leakage in an oil line.;SOLUTION: A pressure oil supply line 13 connects a pressure oil supply pump 11 to a hydraulic balancing pipe 9, and a solenoid valve 15 is fitted to the oil line 13. Position detectors 17, 18 are installed at a sub-arm and a main arm, near the connection of a counterweight balancing beam 5. In the case of detecting the sub-arm 4 to be in a hanging-down position before detecting the counterweight balancing beam 5 to be in a perpendicular position, a logic controller 16 controls the operation of the solenoid valve 14 to replenish a hydraulic cylinder 8 with pressure oil to put the balancing beam 5 into a perpendicular position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
