MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF SOIL-LEVELING BOARD IN SELF- TRAVELING AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a soil-leveling board in a self-traveling agricultural implement, preventing the soil-leveling board from floating up in leveling the soil by associating the rotor and soil-leveling board each other, decreasing a regulation width by suppressing the rotor from floating and sinking more than necessary by the soil-leveling board, when the rotor floats or sinks in the condition of a basis to be plowed, to cope with the conditions of the basis to be plowed quickly.;SOLUTION: This mounting structure is provided by lifting up and down the rotor 12 by a cylinder 9 with a sensor 17 installed at a rotary cover 6 so that the rotor 12 can hold the plowing depth constant. The upper end part of a supporting rod 15 installed at the upper part of the soil-leveling board 14 is joined with the rear end part of a mounting frame 13 installed at the rotor cover 6 as freely rotatable with a shaft 16. The one end of a belt-shaped joining member 19 of a hard rubber is fixed at the left and right of the soil-leveling board 14. Another end of the both joining members is fixed at one piece cross-bar 21. the cross-bar 21 is fitted and spanned between upper and lower projected pieces 23 and between left and right projecting pieces 23 of the rotor cover 6. A pin 25 is inserted through an inserting hole 24 of the upper and lower projecting pieces 23 from an upper direction as freely attachable and detachable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
