PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium absorption promoter promoting the absorption by inhibiting the crystallization of calcium in the intestinal tract, and a promoter of crystal growth of calcium phosphate effective for promoting recalcification of a tooth by promoting the crystal growth of the calcium phosphate in the oral cavity, and to provide a food and drink, and a fodder containing the promoter. PSOLUTION: The calcium-absorption promoter and/or the agent for promoting crystal growth of the calcium phosphate contains a cultured product or an extracellular cultured product of one or more kinds of lactic acid bacteria belonging to the genera selected from Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Streptococcus as an active ingredient.
