PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin compsn. having excellent sensitivity which can be developed with water, and to provide a flexographic printing resin plate having high resilience and excellent water resistance, ink resistance and printing durability in a hardened part as the line pattern part of the printing plate by using this photosensitive resin compsn. SOLUTION: This photosensitive resin compsn. contains a urethane resin and a photopolymn. initiator. The urethane resin is prepared by the reaction of (A) a polymer having carboxyl groups and having =30 mgKOH/g acid value and =30 deg.C glass transition temp., (B) a compd. having two isocyanate groups in one molecule, (C) a compd. having two hydroxyl groups in one molecule, and (D) a photopolymerizable unsatd. monomer having one hydroxyl group in one molecule.
