PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the version control by sharing a version of soft wares for control and databases within a range of a total traffic control system. PSOLUTION: A common program and a common data of each station are installed from a range 10, in which programs and data for operating the total traffic control system are stored, and stations whose system functions are to be set to the total traffic control systems 1 and 2, are selected by a selection setting function of the total traffic control systems 1 and 2. The program and the data of the total traffic control systems 1 and 2 to be started up from other range 20, in which the control program and the data of several stations to be controlled by the total traffic control systems are stored, are developed in the operating memory range inside of the total traffic control systems 1 and 2 to automatically set the station system.
