PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total traffic control information generating device or the like allowing a signal engineer to prepare various pieces of information referred by a total traffic control device without knowledge of software.;SOLUTION: The total traffic control information generating device has a component storing function of storing components represented by images such as a track, a signal, or a train number window, a component arranging function of accepting selecting operation and arranging operation of components and arranging the components on an image plane accordingly, an attribute setting function of accepting and setting inputs of attribute information of the components arranged on the image plane, and a reference information generating function of generating the various pieces of information referred by the total traffic control device on the basis of the attribute information of the components arranged on the image plane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
