PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data by which efficient and exact approval of necessity of care can be done by comparing investigation results in the previous time and this time with each other, in investigation for the approval of the necessity of care. SOLUTION: Marks Z indicating the degrees of degradation/improvement about the respective investigation items are displayed on the side of the investigation items. A result of a state of the necessity of care in the previous time is drawn by broken lines and a result of a necessity state of the necessity of care this time is drawn by continuous lines in a radar chart Ra. The degrees of improvement of the state of the necessity of care of the entire investigation items are displayed at a lower part of the radar chart Ra.
