PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently determine the necessity of investigation of electric power equipment with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A power equipment investigation necessity determination device stores a site image which is an image of a site where the power equipment exists, and uses a machine learning model to display the appearance features of the power equipment shown in the site image. Based on the judgment result, it is judged whether or not it is necessary to investigate the electric power equipment. The survey necessity determination device determines, for example, the necessity of investigation of the electric power equipment based on the result of determining whether or not the electric power equipment shown in the site image has a predetermined configuration by the machine learning model.
