MOISTURE-RESISTING WATER-RESISTING RUSTPROOF PAPER WHOSE WASTE PAPER CAN BE RECYCLED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moisture-resisting water-resisting rustproof paper whose waste paper can be used as raw material for regenerated paper. ;SOLUTION: The rustproof paper is produced by laminating an aqueous coating layer composed mainly of a styrene-butadiene copolymer resin and substantially free from a wax component on the obverse face of paper in a range of 3-50 g/m² in dry weight. The laminated paper has a moisture permeability of ≤200 g/m².24 hr. On the reverse face, the rustproof paper has a layer of a volatile rustproof agent composition. The obtained rustproof paper exhibits excellent rustproof performance against iron under high temperature and high humidity, and further it can be used as a raw material for waste paper-derived regenerated paper after disaggregation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
