PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing remodeling support system capable of reducing a remodeling cost.;SOLUTION: A remodeling support time limit is stored in a support time limit storage device 10, and a remodeling support limit amount and a remodeling support amount calculation equation are stored in a remodeling amount calculation equation storage device 20. An actual remodeling execution time and a remodeling cost are stored in a remodeling execution time storage device 30 and a remodeling cost storage device 40, respectively. A remodeling support amount calculation device 60 calculates the remodeling support amount = 0 when a remodeling support propriety judgment device 30 judges that the remodeling concerned is not supportable based on the comparison of the remodeling time limit with the remodeling execution time, and calculates the remodeling support limit amount as the remodeling support amount when the remodeling is judged supportable and the remodeling cost exceeds the remodeling support limit amount.
