摘要

This study conducted the analysis on selection of residential location and housing type with a focus on single-person households in terms of building a prediction model for building housing decision support system.We estimated Logit Coefficients of Binary Logit Analysis and Multinomial Logit Analysis and presented equations for calculating the probability to choose a particular house or probability to belong to a particular house based on them and derived the results of the empirical analysis based on 2012 Housing Surveying by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport through them.In order to analyze the main change factors of the housing market and multiple selection factors influencing the consumer's decision-making to build the prediction model and finally build decision support system by using it at the time when the housing market is changing a lot with the current changes in economic · social · cultural environment and the decision-making right of residents according to the changing environment is greatly expanding, this study carried out specific prediction model setting and empirical analysis and has significance in terms of supporting decision making that can be actually used to consumers by adding data base and building interface according to future demand requirements of a changing society.
