A custom-barrier-free housing remodeling architecture-design supporting system is disclosed to change a house in which disabilities such as the handicapped or the elderly live, into a house suitable for living. The custom-barrier-free housing remodeling architecture-design supporting system comprises a knowledge base module for generating, based on reference data, a remodeling candidate item and priority information for the remodeling candidate item; a web module for inputting the characteristic information of a resident and the house of the resident on a web basis to determine a remodeling decision item among the remodeling candidate items; a rule-based reasoning module for determining a remodeling decision item for the house of the resident according to the remodeling candidate item, the priority information, and the characteristic information; and a BIM module for visually displaying the remodeling determination item.
