REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF EXISTING TUNNEL LINING AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reinforcing structure of an existing tunnel lining being capable of being installed with allowance to a clearance limit in the case of the repair and reinforcement of an existing deteriorated tunnel and attaining a rapid construction, the adjustment of the shape of an arch material, an improvement in stability or the like.;SOLUTION: Arch segments 3 arranged by forming narrow openings 4 on the lining internal surface 1a of the existing tunnel are joined mutually by fitting joints 12 in the axial direction of the tunnel and the arch material 2 is constituted. The lower ends of the arch segments 3 are fixed by using fixing means 7 at the lower end corners of a lining, and each arch segment 3 is held on the lining internal surface 1a by a fast-sticking means such as screw rods 5, grout materials or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
