PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a space for a speed change lever of the both side of a driving seat to shorten, and to realize the compacting a driving space in a small combine harvester.;SOLUTION: The operation portion A of the combine harvester in which a front column 1 for operation is vertically disposed in front of the driving seat 9 is characterized by using the upper side of the front column 1 as a control panel 1a, protectedly supporting a speed change lever 2 capable of being forward or backward rotated to change the forward or backward movement speed of the combine harvester, and a steering, reaping and elevating lever 3 which is supported in a state capable of being longitudinally or laterally rotated, can longitudinally be rotated to elevate or lower a reaping portion, and can laterally be rotated to steer the combine harvester, projectedly supporting a safety bar 4 or the like to be gripped by a driver to hold his operation posture on the front column 1, and further projecting a parking brake lever 16 on the right side of the front column 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
