PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide customer analysis information which is useful to a contents provider according to logs of user's contents viewing and commodity purchase. PSOLUTION: A contents providing mediation service system mediates to provide contents provided by a plurality of providers for users through the Internet, and a Web server 4 as a mediation system obtains the access log of a user for respective contents by an access log acquiring function 4e, analyzes the access log by data mining, etc., by an access log analyzing function 4g, performs comparison, integration, etc., by an analysis result processing function 4p by using a correlation rule as to contents which are mutually related in advance by an analysis result processing function 4p to generate access log analysis result information associated with other related contents in an easy- to-see format such as a figure together with the access log analysis result regarding some contents, and provides it for an analysis request source by the analysis result display function 4g.
