PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building expansion and remodeling estimate issuing system, an information processor, a building expansion and remodeling estimate issuing method, a program and a recording medium for which a rough estimate has high accuracy.;SOLUTION: A method issues a building expansion and remodeling estimate to a client computer via a communication channel network. Building management information is extracted, by retrieving a building management information data base 10, and the extracted building management information is transmitted to the client computer 5, together with the identification information of a building. Estimate request information including building expansion and remodeling demand image information, indicating the contents of desired building extension and remodeling, is received together with the transmitted identification information, and design image information, prepared on the basis of the building extension and remodeling demand image information and estimate information prepared on the basis of the design image information, are transmitted to the client computer 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
