PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating unit for a hot-water floor heating panel which is excellent in installation work properties, with its work of housing a warm- water pipe in base material being extremely simple, and can get excellent heating effect without needing special heat-insulating structure, and a hot-water floor heating panel using that heating unit, at a low price.;SOLUTION: This heating unit for a hot-water floor heating panel is constituted by integrating a warm-water pipe, which is equipped with an adhesive layer at the surface of an olefine tube (the modulus of flexural elasticity at normal temperature is 350 MPa or over and besides the hoop stress value under the conditions that the ductile fracture time is 0.1 h at a test temperature of 110C is 1.2 MPa), onto a heat equalizing member. The hot-water floor heating panel consists of the above heating unit and base material where housing structure corresponding to the form of the circulation path of the above hot-water pipe is made at the surface, and the above heating panel is laid so that the above hot-water pipe may be housed in the housing structure of the above base material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
