PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement work efficiency in transport environment data. ;SOLUTION: Measurement condition data in the transport environment measuring apparatus 2 are recorded in a memory card 3 by a PC4 in advance. The transport environment data recording apparatus 1 reads measurement condition data from the memory card 3 and transfers the data to the transport environment measuring instrument 2. As a result, the transport environment measuring apparatus 2 automatically sets initial measurement conditions. For example, the start/end of the measurement operation of transport environment data is controlled by timer setting included in the measurement condition data. In addition, measurement data by the transport environment measuring apparatus 2 are transferred to the transport environment data recording apparatus 1, and the transport environment data recording apparatus 1 writes the transferred measurement data in the memory card 3.
