A system and method of selecting products for retail sale provides ranking data for use in product selection (50). Worksheets provide for comparison to consumer preference data. Data is provided in the worksheets to allow for easy evaluation to determine a sales threshold based upon the ranking data and provided in combination with the consumer preference data (52).
