The invention relates to a methods for the processing of at least one digital image taken with a digital camera, whereby a communication connection in a mobile radio network to a stationary data reception device is established by means of a dial-in module provided on the camera, whereupon the digital image data is transmitted by means of a transmission module in the camera over the mobile radio communication connection to the data reception device, from where the image data is transmitted to an image-data-processing device which processes the image data.
