The present Chinese preparation was preparaed by following weight proportion of raw materials: resinous excretion from the fruits of Daemonorops draco Bl.and related spp. 1-10% , radix of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. or Paeonia veitchii Lynch or Paeonia obovata Maxim. 15-40%, Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek. or Indigofera tinctoria L. or Isatis tinctoria L. or I. indigotica Fort. or Polygonum tinctorium Ait. 1-20%, Halloysite 1-10%, Acacia catechu(L.f.)Willd. or Uncaria gambier Roxb. 15­40%, Alunite 1-10%, rhizoma of Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb. f. 5-30%, Smithsonite 1-10%. The preparation method according to the present invention: extracting radix of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. or Paeonia veitchii Lynch or Paeonia obovata Maxim. Acacia catechu(L.f.)Willd. or Uncaria gambier Roxb. , Alunite with water; mixing resinous excretion from the fruits of Daemonorops draco Bl. and related spp. with Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek. or Indigofera tinctoria L. or Isatis tinctoria L. or I. indigotica Fort. or Polygonum tinctorium Ait. uniformly , adding polyethylene glycol solution;mesh screening rhizoma of Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb. f., and mixing with above mentioned aqueous extract and polyethylene glycol solution of resinous excretion from the fruits of Daemonorops draco Bl. and related spp, Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Bremek. or Indigofera tinctoria L. or Isatis tinctoria L. or I. indigotica Fort. or Polygonum tinctorium Ait., adding Halloysite, Smithsonite, grinding together, adding water, forming enema. The enema according to the present invention have good short-term, long-term curative effect of treating enteritis ulcer colitis.
