PURPOSE: A system for automatically requesting warranty service for a boiler is provided to offer convenience to a user by automatically requesting the warranty service when the boiler is out of order. CONSTITUTION: A room controller has an error code memory(22) storing error codes corresponding to the malfunction of a boiler, and a data memory(24) storing the phone number and address of a user, and a model number. An outer communicating unit(30) is connected to an automatic warranty service receiving system by network, and transmits the error code to the automatic warranty service receiving system when a boiler is out of order.
