PURPOSE: A slope regulating device and a slope regulating device for a golf practice apparatus using the same are provided to control a slope plate to have various slopes and enable a stroke practice against a stroke posture of various slopes. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a plate; a shaft(20) arranged vertically relative to the plate so as to be pivotal in the middle of the lower part of the plate; a slope inducing portion(90) of a circular ring type arranged on the lower part of the plate so as to be consistent with the center of the shaft(20) and provided with an embossed surface(91); a rotating plate(40) rotatably coupled to the middle of the shaft(20) with its center consistent with the center of the shaft(20); a pair of guide roller portions(51,52) on the rotating plate which are symmetrical to the shaft.
