PURPOSE: A method for controlling the initial discharging temperature of hot water from a condensing boiler is provided to maintain the temperature in the hot water to be constant. CONSTITUTION: A controller continuously detects whether a water flow switch(14) is "on" during the predetermined time at the waiting state of the hot water use. If the water flow switch is "on" during the determined time, the start timer is operated so as to discharge the hot water stored at a heat exchanger(6). Even if the discharging temperature of the hot water increases more than the required temperature, the combustion for the hot water is maintained. After the predetermined start timing for the hot water elapses, the combustion operation depends on the temperature of the hot water.
