A fertilizer containg organic compounds and minerals

PURPOSE: An organic mineral fertilizer is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to contain essential substances for growth and ripening of the crops by reacting slag, which is generated from a converter for manufacturing steel with waste food. CONSTITUTION: The organic mineral fertilizer contains 10 wt.% or more of OM(Oligosaccharide Molecular), 40 wt.% or less of OM/N(Oligosaccharide Molecular/Nitrogen), 35-45 wt.% of CaO, 3.5-7.5 wt.% of SiO2, 12-18 wt.% of MgO, 3-7 wt.% of Fe2O3, 2-5 wt.% of MnO, 0.3-0.6 wt.% of P2O5, 0.3-1.8 wt.% of Al2O3, and 0.05 wt.% or less of S and other essential substances. Once food waste and slag, which are generated from a converter for manufacturing steel, are mixed, cationic elements contained in the slag, such as Ca, Mg, P, S, Mn, Si, bond to anions derived from organic compounds of OM/N so that they form aliphatic ester having long chain. The food waste and the slag are characterized by being mixed in a ratio of 40:60.
