PURPOSE: A device for preventing flushing and precipitation of solids in a sewer is provided to avoid the precipitation of solids included in sewage by intermittently draining the sewage. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing flushing and precipitation of solids in a sewer comprises a first mortar layer(10) having a guide unit(14) with guide panels(12) installed on both ends of an upper stream sewer(110); an opening and closing unit(20) installed to be opened and closed by the pressure of the sewage flowing into the end of the first mortar; and a second mortar layer(30) having a guide groove(32) formed in the side of a lower stream sewer(120). The opening and closing device has a closing unit(220) having a curved partition(22) and an inclined isolating panel(24). According to the closure of the isolating panel, sewage of a specific amount is collected. Therefore, sewage is drained collectively, and solids included in the sewage are drained.
