It contains carrying holder, lock with tie-rod, pyrotechnic cylinder with piston and gas generator for accelerating and subsequent braking of piston with tie-rod in emergency. In case of quick displacement of lock in direction opposite to direction of action of extension load, preloading can be carried out and tight fitting of belt strap can be provided owing to timely setting device into action at initial stage of collision. Brake of piston can serve simultaneously as damper smoothing load peak on belt. Piston is made of conical core with balls connected with short outer shell on skirt of which cutouts are made playing the part of cage for symmetrical distribution of balls.
