FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body, permanent magnet and removable concentrator end piece mounted on working end of the device body. The permanent magnet is designed as parallelepiped the poles of which are on the bigger facets. The permanent magnet is mounted on hinges allowing angular movement about the concentrator end piece. Button is available on the permanent magnet for reliably fixing the magnetic foreign body when releasing the button and causing foreign body separation when pressing the button as deep as possible. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 1 dwg
