Varied electronic semiconductor circuits (HS) group single semiconductor circuits made from semiconductive material and have electrically conductive surfaces and contacts. Matching contacts for the semiconductor circuits interconnect in a common carrier (12) made from a semiconductor material. The common carrier is metallized to produce electrically conductive contacts (18) on the common carrier surface.
