The belt and the bag are made of cotton in any color or provided with any suitable pattern. A rectangular sheet is folded over and fixed with seams along both sides in order to form a pocket at the inner surface of the device of approximately half the height of the complete bag. The adjustable belt is pulled through a hem of a matching width provided at the upper edge of the inner surface. For emptying the plastic stoma-bag the cotton bag can be simply pulled back facilitating an unrestricted access. The upper edge of the pocket supports the joint area of the stoma-bag.
