The holes are internally tangent with cylindrical positioning elements (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) of smaller diameter on the first component, and their axes (Xa, Xb, Xc, Xd) are offset relative to the axes (Ya, Yb, Yc, Yd) of the positioning elements in directions (Za, Zb, Zc, Zd) which intersect at a point (N) on the second component where the stresses are nil when the assembly is completed by a fixing stud or screw.
