New composition comprises an aqueous dispersion containing particles of a linear silicone copolymer and (a) a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid and/or (b) an organic powder. An Independent claim is also included for cosmetic treatment comprising applying the above composition to a keratinic material.
