PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dried scallop adductor muscle capable of being freely molded into a piece having an arbitrary size, without depending on a size of the scallop adductor muscle used as a raw material, and difficult to be broken. PSOLUTION: A method for producing a processed product of the dried scallop adductor muscle comprises forming a plurality of pieces of the scallop adductor muscle into one piece of the adductor muscle by combining the pieces with each other, or bonding them to each other, under the action of an enzyme of transglutaminase, and then arbitrarily molding the piece.
