PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide written directive execution device and its management device that eliminate a written directive when completing the execution of processes instructed by the written directive, to provide a written directive management system including at least one of the written directive execution device and its management device, and to provide the written directive and its execution method that include an instruction to eliminate the written directive when completing the execution of the instructed processes. PSOLUTION: A written directive management section 102 of the written directive management device 10 reads in the written directive 20 from a written directive storing section 104 (step 302) to make an image input 108, a file connecting section 110, and a FAX transmitting section 112 execute the processes instructed by the written directive 20 (step 304). The written directive management section 102 judges whether information on elimination of the written directive is contained in the written directive 20 or not (step 306). When judging that the information is contained, the written directive management section 102 eliminates the written directive 20 from written directive storing section 104 (step 308).
