The objective of the present invention is to provide a new system for suitably mediating interactions between a dental clinic and a dental laboratory using written dental technician instructions.　This written instruction management system for electronically managing written instructions relating to dental products at a dental clinic and a dental laboratory is provided with: a written instruction creating means for accepting input of information for producing the dental product, via a dental clinic terminal used at the dental clinic, creating the written instruction, and storing written instruction information in a database; an editing means for accepting input for editing the written instruction via each of a laboratory terminal used at the dental laboratory, and the dental clinic terminal, and updating the written instruction information; and a display means for performing display processing of the written instruction information, and transmitting the processing result to the dental clinic terminal and/or the laboratory terminal in order to display a written instruction screen.
