PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making method for producing a processed food product, having excellent usability and practicability by using brown rice or germinated brown rice by which the food product having a high nutritive value and good nutritive balance and using a large amount of the brown rice or the germinated brown rice is produced by forming the brown rice or the germinated brown rice having a hard surface layer (a bran layer) into a liquefied and saccharified product of the brown rice, having smooth properties without rough deposits, and adding the product to a food product.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the processed food product by using the brown rice or the germinated brown rice comprises liquefying and saccharifying the brown rice or the germinated brown rice to provide the liquefied and saccharified product, and adding the liquefied and saccharified product to the food product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
