PURPOSE: A process for producing germinated brown rices using far-infrared spectra ceramic ejector and a preparation method of granule type flakes contained physiologically functional compounds made by germinated brown rices are provided, thereby contributing to public health and increasing agricultural income. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing granule type flakes contained physiologically functional compounds comprises the steps of: germinating carefully selected brown rice in a dipping container if far-infrared spectra ceramic ejector; boiling the germinated brown rice without destroying nutriments; compressing the hard steamed brown rice; and drying compressed rice to 3-5% of moisture content.
