PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non heated germinating brown rice, non heated germinating soy bean, non heated germinating adzuki bean, non heated brown barley, non heated brown buckwheat, non heated germinating buckwheat and a product containing high amount of nutrients.SOLUTION: A roughly wound silver line 6 is charged to a bottom part of an immersing tank 1 comprising an aeration/immersing water circulation apparatus. One or more seeds selected from germinating brown rice, soy bean, adzuki bean, barley, buckwheat and buckwheat is charged. Lukewarm water is charged as immersing water. The immersing water is supplied with Sasa albo-marginata solution and photosynthetic bacterium. Aeration and immersing water circulation are performed for germination. The immersing water is discharged at a time point of 3 to 5 mm germination growth (naked eyes view). In another tank, sodium hypochlorite solution process and washing are performed so as to become machined ingredient. As a product, it is packed in a vacuum pack directly, or emulsion from water supply/mixing process is injected into a plastic bottle, or it is subjected to a mill to become powder shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
