DISTRIBUTION SET OF YOGURT STARTER, METHOD FOR CULTURING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution set of a yogurt starter, capable of simply and hygienically culturing the yogurt starter, to provide a method for culturing the same, and to provide a method for distributing the same.;SOLUTION: This distribution set of the yogurt starter has a starter culture bottle 1 with a lid 1a and a packaged body 2, wherein the starter culture bottle 1 is marked with a scale for confirming an amount to be contained and its inside has been already sterilized, and further a yogurt starter powder 21 consisting mainly of a symbiont of Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris and an acetic acid bacterium is enclosed and sealed in the packaged body 2. Thus, the specified yogurt starter is cultured by arranging the distribution set, opening the lid 1a of the starter culture bottle 1, charging the culture bottle 1 with the yogurt starter powder 21 enclosed in the packaged body 2 together with milk in a prescribed amount by using the scale marked on the bottle 1 as a standard, putting the lid 1a on the bottle 1, shaking the bottle 1, and allowing the bottle 1 to stand under a temperature condition of room temperature for a time of ≥3 hr. Further, the specified yogurt starter is distributed by widely distributing the distribution set through a mail-order sale, etc., so that each of the consumers who receive the distribution set cultures the yogurt starter by using the distribution set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
