PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily infer a person's behavior by collecting environmental temperatures in a time series. PSOLUTION: A storage device 240 stores the result in measurement of the body temperature of a wearer and the temperature of outside air together with measurement times. A software storage device 250 stores software to infer behaviors of the wearer. A central processor 230 makes the software storage device 250 infer behaviors of the wearer by the stored software on the basis of the body temperature of the wearer and the temperature of outside air stored by the storage device 240 .
